The invisibleSHIELD™ is designed to protect your device or gadget from scratches under normal conditions. We recommend that you do NOT intentionally use any sharp objects to test its strength. Any damage arising out of intentional actions will not be covered under our Local Distributor Warranty.

Q: What is Local Distributor Warranty?

A: As a service to our customers, we provide local distributor warranty to every* invisibleSHIELD™ sold through our website, www.invisibleshield.co.id, or through our network. If your invisibleSHIELD™ ever becomes scratched or damaged while protecting your device and it's still under Local Distributor Warranty, you can contact us directly for replacement.

Q: Who is eligible for Local Distributor Warranty?

A: Customers who have purchased invisibleSHIELD™ through our website, www.invisibleshield.co.id, or through our network are eligible for Local Distributor Warranty.

Note: invisibleSHIELD™s that are bought with discounts more than 50% are not eligible for Local Distributor Warranty.

Q: What is covered by Local Distributor Warranty?

A: If your invisibleSHIELD™ becomes scratched (sample) while under Local Distributor Warranty, you can request for a replacement through us.

Q: What does the Local Distributor Warranty NOT cover?

A: Installation errors are not covered by the warranty. This includes bubbles under the invisibleSHIELD™ film, as well as incorrect alignment of the shield on your device. Please read the application instructions carefully before installing your invisibleSHIELD™.
